NRL22

NRL22 (National Rifle League 22) is a popular precision rimfire competition that is one of the fastest growing disciplines in competitive shooting. Patterned after the Precision Rifle Series but shot with .22 rimfire rifles, attempting to hit small steel targets at distances of 100 yards (sometimes further!). Shooters compete without a great deal of financial outlay for guns and gear, shooting off of ordinary props like stepladders and cinder blocks and some not-so ordinary, like a wooden model “tank trap” and a simulated rooftop. Some targets are as small as a quarter inch, so the challenge is real!
